I just dont understand why such and awesome person?
mann i miss russell soo much. & i wish this wasn't real, russell you were the greatest and i dont know what we are gonna do with out you, I cant stop thinking about the stuff we would do, and how we met in gym class cause someone thought sam was hott, i miss playin that spin game with you, and hanging out with you , talking to you & running up to you after school cause i had'nt seen you in forever. Male cheer will never be the same. Man Im gonna miss you soo much, i'll never forget about you. You are the best. You made a difference in everyones life, no ones gonna be the same with out you. I love you Russell

well this week had to be the busyest week ever seriously monday track and dance tuesday track meet and sga ( met some cool kids) uh weds track and doctors thursday track work and friday track meet and we didnt get home until 12 last night the woke up and went to sga at 1o until 1230 then my whole entire family from las vegas and new york and from everywhere came over and we went out with them. but yeah the track meet was good i ran the 800, man i was seriously dead afterwards but i love katie and maigan so much for taking care of me the whole time i felt like crappo. I gotta love my girls!<3

what a day it was soo much fun though long and lots of running i really didnt do much just high jump, 4x100 and the disc so i could run the 4x100 anyways yeah it was alot of fun and boys team got in second and girls got in third, oh well it was awesome.....

OMG I JUST WATCHED ONE TREE HILL (THANK YOU LORD FOR TIVO)OMG - it was soo good i cried soo many time, just to let you know i hate dans scott.. wth one down one to go.. omg i hate him, and jules left and keith was sad.. OMG BROOKE IS MOVING TO CALIFORNIA NEXT WEEK! i swear im gonna die and i hate chris too.. he lied and said him and haley were going out omg.. i wanna kill him he is ruining it.. but then whats her head nathans mom gave nathan money to go get haley, omg i cant wait for next time whenever it is coming back on.. this sucks its soo good and its over.. oh yeah whats her face came back jennys mom, the day peyton and jake "hooked up" stupid.. this show just keeps getting better.. and i hope brooke breaks up with felix and moves in with uhh lucas since he should move bak in with his mom since dan should just die or get another heart attack or someting that SOB is going down..
sorry i know i live threw one tree hill and the oc .. its not my fault

yeah so what i havent writting in here in like forever but who cares this week was fun i guess you could say that well i got a CAR, brand new kia spectra.. it white and sooo cute i love it.. tuesday track and weds track thursday track and work friday toms and this really cool indian pow wow it was soo cool they had the best earrings.. lol i bought 6.. saterday went to chyennes cheer competition and had so much fun wiht bridgette lol you'll see in the pictures then went to angelinas and saw bennet then ben called me and we went to the movies and joe came we saw hitch.. omg soo the best movie lol it was soo good. it made me really wanna have a bf but only ben and joe were there soo noting realy..lol but yeah i kinda like someone but yea things are cool.. but i dunno i want a bf but im not gonna rush into anything lol.. but he's a looker kids!and really nice and funny.. and a good runner.. OH YEAH ... im in executive board now baby! and i got these awesome spikes today at track shack.. they are hot pink with black on it they are sssoo bad.. lol

woo long time no talk huh well its been a realy long time cause i got grounded for some dumb stuff geez lets see what has happened? uhhh i joined track its sooo much fun im not the fastest but im good at the high jump, i can do 5ft! woo! lol well valentines day is over everyone loved the gifts i gave them, seriously they were soo cute, bridgettes was this one tree hill thing and my head was on peyton and her head was on brooke and i put it in a picture frame. sarah zee was the mean girls thing and i put my head on lindsey lohan and her head on regina9( rachel mcadams?) but the thing was sarahs head was like really big in the picture and mine fit perfect soo it was disformed and kinda funky. then i made erica paige britt and robin picture frams, i superglued those candy hearts to the side and wrote happy valentines day love noelle, and put pictures of everyone in them. they were soo cute and everyone loved them. uh well what else uh here are some pics....

well i took some pictures last night but i reallydont feel like up;aoding them. ill do that after disney today. well last night was really fun went to carianns thing it was coool then went and saw darkness which was sooo packed, seriously thre was soo many annoying people and immature midle schoolers lol. oh well but me and kayley figured out the whole movie it was great, but the movie was really scary and sad and good. then me shane and michael went to mcdonalds and drove around deland for a while and listened to big and rich. then i went home and they met my rents and new puppy and they left, and now im going to disney. bbl

well yeah i havent updated in forever cause basically i have no time what so ever anymre well monday i had dance tuesday i had to work, weds we had a game thursday i worked and today im updating since forvere ago, and man my classes are basicallu all acidemic. chemistry H with bryan card, matt price, taylor smith, and Saum and no girls!. vision and pursuits H with meghan costello, Dj.maigan kyle Heine Danny Ryan, Asa, and cara. and guess who sits next to me DANNY! lol i love that kid DRIVERS ED-with kyle heine and thats basically it, and then geometry with scott and nate. woo? yea well i gotta go get ready for the movies with Michael Maine, Robin, mikey. britt long? kayley erika and paifge woo white nooise?

well break is over which sucks but what can you do? all new classes and all new pictures wooo! im kinda excited about seeing who will be in my classes and if i have drivers ed. yeah well me and lindsey had the best idea ever. but im not telling cause its a secret, but everymonth at the end of the month.. wooo!!! im excitd!
what else? my sisters room looks like pepto bismil now cause we painted it pink, its cute but really pink!

i reallly really like that movie its soo sad! uhhh i love it someone buy it for me..reese wither spoon is soo cute in this movie, she's soo little!
and i saw city of angels at wall mart on sale, but i dint get it cause we were in a rush or something but i really like the movie
and of course who doesn't want this movie but it doesn't come out untill FEBUARY 8TH! not that far away?
